Kenneth A. Gold, Ph.D.
Kenneth A. Gold, Ph.D. joined the Government Affairs Institute at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management in 1989 and became Director of the Institute in 1992. Before joining GAI, Dr. Gold taught at the American University in Washington, DC and was Assistant Professor with the University’s School of International Service and with the School of Government and Public Affairs. He has also been a member of the Senior Staff at the Brookings Institution.
