Participant Information

GAI values our participants’ private information and understands the need for security and trust surrounding such information. All personal information required by the Government Affairs Institute (GAI) to register for a course and/or to send out requested materials is held in confidence. Contact information from the registration form is used to send registration confirmations and upcoming course information only.

GAI will not make public personally identifiable information without written consent from the participant, except to disclose to the following groups:

Staff and faculty within GAI and Georgetown University;
Persons in compliance with a judicial order or subpoena;
Persons in an emergency if the information is necessary to ensure the safety of other participants and GAI employees.
GAI will never in any instance sell, rent, or share our participants’ contact information

Newsletter, Mailing Lists, and Products

If you wish to subscribe to our electronic newsletter or receive other materials, GAI will use your email or mailing address to send the requested materials. To unsubscribe to a mailing list, please provide a written request via email, fax, or mail.
