Susan Sullivan Lagon, Ph.D.
Susan Sullivan Lagon has been a Senior Fellow at the Government Affairs Institute since 1997. Before coming to GAI, she taught American Politics and Constitutional Law in the Government Department at Georgetown for five years, and continues to teach Constitutional Law there as an adjunct. Her prior experience includes teaching high school and a stint as editor at Congressional Quarterly Press.
Mark V. Nadel, Ph.D.
Mark V. Nadel, Ph.D. most recently was Visiting Professor and Academic Director of the Masters of Policy Management program at the Georgetown University Public Policy Institute. He also taught at Cornell and Johns Hopkins universities. Dr. Nadel also had a long career in government, most recently as the Associate Commissioner for the Office of Disability and Income Assistance Policy at the Social Security Administration.

Understanding and Working with Congress is offered only by request, and can be conducted anywhere from two hours to a full day in length.
